Shangri-La Hotel Singapore's Garden Wing renovation

Dear Clients,

please be informed that Shangri-La Hotel Singapore's Garden Wing
will be renovated from October 2011 to May 2012.  The urban resort will be
fitted with a refreshing new interior design, enhanced garden landscaping
and a new dining concept.  Most importantly, we will be unveiling
Singapore's first CHI The Spa in the new Garden Wing!

Please be assured that guestrooms and suites in the Tower Wing and Valley
Wing will not be affected and all restaurants are open for business as
usual.

Heavy works will commence in mid-October for approximately 4 weeks from 9am to 6pm daily. Only light duties will be performed on Sundays.  Disruptions to our guests will be kept at a minimal level and the hotel will continue to operate as usual.  For more information, please refer to the attached brief.


In view of the above, kindly report Garden Wing Deluxe Room & Garden Wing Suite Room reservations that have been confirmed by the 12 August 2011 and to stop sell and close-out room allotments immediately for Garden Wing  on the following dates as below:-

Garden Wing categories                 01 October to End of May 2012 (Both
dates inclusive)

Room allotments will be removed from the system for the above mentioned
dates after the 12 August 2011.
